Privacy Policy
This policy explains what call and account data Callium AI collects, why, and how long we keep it.
Data we collect
When you use Callium AI, we process call audio, call metadata (time, duration, phone numbers), the text transcript generated from that audio, and account information such as name and work email for users of the platform.
How we use it
Call data is used to generate transcripts, run compliance and routing rules configured by your organization, and produce analytics for your account. We do not use customer call content to train models shared across other customers.
Retention
Retention periods are configurable per line of business by your organization’s administrator, from 30 days up to 7 years for regulated lines. Account data is retained for the life of the subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless a longer period is required by law.
Sharing
We do not sell call data or transcripts. Data is shared only with subprocessors necessary to run the service (cloud infrastructure and telephony carriers), each bound by a data processing agreement, or when required by valid legal process.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. Requests can be made through your account administrator or by emailing privacy@calliumai.com.
