Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your credentials. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree to record and process calls only in compliance with applicable law, including obtaining any required consent from call participants. You may not use Callium to process calls you do not have the right to record.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance based on the plan and number of lines selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Callium AI is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate for convenience at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend accounts immediately for violations of acceptable use or non-payment.
